1. Upon successful order and receipt of payment, shipment will be arranged within 4 business days. Please note that during promotion periods such as Lunar New Year / Christmas, there may be a delay with order processing before your order will be sent out due to the high volume of order traffic. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and on public holidays.


2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipment's tracking number.

3. When ordering, the customer is considered as the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees.

Customs policies vary by country and we cannot determine or make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


4. Delivery service covers domestic areas only, overseas delivery is not available. Delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and specific outlying island areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airpot; Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O. 
Sovis will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused when products are left at the door or at the security office upon customer's request.


5. Free delivery will be offered upon spending with HK$700 or above with any single purchases. A delivery fee of HK$80 will be charged for spending below HK$700.  The above fees exclude the upstairs service charge. If the delivered item cannot be fit in a lift or be transported by the lift, or no lift is available for goods delivery, extra service fee will be charged.  

*Remarks: If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, hotel addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal to provide ID copy, recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) will not be refunded.

The exchange / refund policy applies to SOVIS online shops.


Return and exchange is applicable to the following conditions :

  1. within 7 days upon receipt of goods;

  2. A certified product quality problem;

  3. The application must be a product of the same model and the same color as originally purchased;

  4. Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;

  5. If the product is a discontinued item, SOVIS will offer the customer a refund of the purchased amount;

  6. Application without accompanying required information or the below supporting document is not accepted. 


Supporting documents for the application:

  1. Photo or video of the defective item;

  2. Product with original packaging;

  3. Product accessories came with the original packaging;

  4. Product warranty card (a clean copy without filling in the information);

  5. Invoice / Delivery Note;

  6. Other information, for example: customer’s name, use of coupon / point associated with this transaction if any.

Application procedures:

  1. Send an email to and inform us the damage that has occurred.

  2. Customers are required to bring along the goods to our customer service center with appointment.



  1. Customer may contact our Customer Service hotline at +852 2823-6398 during service hours at 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday).  Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday are closed.

  2. For refund, item must be unopened and unused.

  3. In case of dispute, SOVIS reserves the right for final decision.
